A pretty antique Art Nouveau ring, made in Sweden in the early 20th century. The face is claw set with a peridot, amethyst and a row of twinkling old cut diamonds which flow through the centre and down each shoulder.
Together the colours of each stone show support for the women’s Suffragette movement and symbolise; Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
The ring is modelled entirely in 18ct gold with an elegant, curved face. It’s remained in excellent condition and is complete with Swedish hallmarks within the shank.
