Artist Statement: For me, the adornment is not merely, according to the general understanding and/or the well-established perception, an excess; a decorative complement; or a symbol of socioeconomic status. For me, jewelry is a means of self-expression; of storytelling. It is a statement; a language complete in itself. And please note that by using the word "jewelry", I do not mean just necklaces or bracelets. I'm insinuating a whole newly discovered "universe" that speaks of movement and instances, ideas and embodiment, experience, connections, and freedom”.
